Getting Started

Because your business is unique, we meet with you personally to guide you every step of the way. Depending on the size of your business and the scope of our services you will be utilizing, the process of planning and implementing your program will vary. Here is a sample of planning steps to move your Wellness-Productivity Program forward:

  1. Initial consultation with management team to discuss your unique productivity/wellness needs and concerns, and review your Focus Action Solutions.
  2. Conduct an Introduction Wellness Meeting/Lecture with all available employees. Distribute the Focus Action Interest Survey. Collect survey within 5 working days to tabulate data.
  3. Develop Program plan for the year based on your budget, business needs, and survey results. Create timeline plans for implementation and dollar figures for each implementation step.
  4. If desired, design an employee incentive program.
  5. Implement requested services:
    • Schedule Productivity/Wellness seminars and classes
    • Administer Health Risk Appraisals
    • Schedule cholesterol/blood glucose test
    • Sign-ups for Fitness Evaluations
    • Implement fitness/wellness classes
    • Sign-ups for Journal review
    • Schedule individual Journal consultation sessions
  6. Review your Productivity-Wellness Program operation and make changes as appropriate.
  7. Repeat above steps each quarter (except cholesterol and blood glucose testing which is typically conducted bi-annually).
