Focus Action works with hospitals and physicians to create happier, healthier patients and decrease liability through programs promoting healthy nutrition, exercise, and balanced emotional well-being.
Our mission with corporations is to increase your profitability by reducing insurance costs and absenteeism and improving employee loyalty and morale by creating a climate of health, efficiency and productivity.
Vision
At Focus Action we believe the time for preventive medicine has come.
Three fourths of all health care expenditures in the United States go to covering the cost of chronic diseases like diabetes, obesity, stroke and heart disease that can be controlled principally through a healthy lifestyle.
We believe the current health challenges and costs we face in the U.S. will be solved largely through preventive education in nutrition, exercise, and effective self-management.
As each person receives proper education and support, and learns to apply healthy principles, we believe there will be an evolution in the United States: a decrease in chronic illness, improved health and productivity, and ultimately a change in how we perceive ourselves.
Evolution
Applying principles that support health brings empowerment. As principles of health are understood and applied, self-perception evolves toward greater personal responsibility for health and wellbeing.

At Focus Action we envision profitable businesses promoting employee health, productivity and well-being. We see parents deeply involved teaching their children self-care principles. We envision a medical model effective in providing real resources for preventing illness and improving health.
